PROOFS FOR ATHEISTS OF THE EXISTENCE OF THE SOUL — THE HIGHER LANGUAGE OF SYMBOLS

Often an atheist will ask for proof of the existence of the soul. There are many such proofs available for those who seek them — having an out-of-body experience, meeting a reliable, true psychic, or taking drugs such as DMT (which will make you a believer in just a few minutes). But below is one method I found quite fascinating and interesting when I first noticed it. All you need to do is notice where your thoughts come from.

While reading Seth’s book Seth Speaks, I came across an interesting tidbit. Seth explains that our true native language is one of symbols, not words: that our soul uses symbols, and translates them into the words of the language we use. This explains why one is able to communicate, in the astral, with other beings who do not necessarily speak our language, or who do not even have a body similar to ours. For example, a tree has a soul, and trees are often able to communicate with a complex symbolic vocabulary that we can relate to. In other cases, there are species such as the Grays, who have a limited symbolic language that does not include feelings, which makes communication with them much more difficult. This also applies to persons of our own species who have not made an effort to improve their vocabulary.

Seth is a spirit channeled through the medium Jane Roberts. Seth Speaks: The Eternal Validity of the Soul, 1972, ISBN 0-13-807222-1.

I have noticed that I use a symbolic language behind all my spoken words, including all those I use internally in my mind’s chattering process. Note: this happens so fast that it is very difficult to notice; but occasionally, with a less-used, more complex thought, you may notice a delay while it is being translated from symbols into words — especially if you speak more than one language and are searching for the words or phrases to fit your thoughts. Symbols are the main method used in telepathy, not just plain spoken words; even if you start with words, they get translated into symbols for the actual transmission. You can think of telepathy as something similar to digital voice transmission through a wire, a radio transmitter, or a fiber-optic cable: the voice is translated from audio into a digital stream of ones and zeros — a voltage being turned on and off — that travels many times faster than speech itself. In fact, hours of voice communication can be transmitted in fractions of a second with modern fiber-optic technology. Just think about it: less than a hundred years ago, if you had said that everything a person has ever spoken could be transmitted, in less than a second, from one side of the world to the other, they would have laughed at you — but now it is a well-known scientific fact that audio and video can be transmitted much faster than they are created.

Spoken language is the process of training our internal soul-translator. This is why you may notice, in some children, an unexplainable quickness in learning complex terminology: it is because the concept was already known to their soul, and all they needed was to learn the translated word in the language being used. It also explains why it is so difficult for others to learn certain concepts: it is not just the spoken word, but the concept behind it, that is not yet known to their soul, so it takes much more time for some people’s souls to learn.

It also explains why Seth complained, on several occasions, that Jane Roberts was a poor medium for the more complex, advanced knowledge he wanted to transmit. In fact, when he was once asked by Robert Butts, Jane’s husband, why he did not transmit an ancient manuscript through Jane, he answered that it would take Jane at least five years of studying more vocabulary to be able to write the manuscript. In other words, mediums translate the symbols into spoken words with their own vocabulary, and not the language of the spirit being channeled. This is why Seth often had to s-p-e-l-l out some words: because Jane was not familiar with them and could not translate the symbol into a spoken word. Bashar has had the opposite problem: since our human race has its own uniqueness, there have been words and phrases from us that he (it) was unable to understand for a long time — because the medium also acts as a translator, from the spoken words heard into symbols for the spirit worlds; in this case, from the person asking the question, to the medium, to Bashar in the spirit world.

Since we are such a confused race, we have some very contradictory words and phrases, such as “yeah, but.” These usually come from the more confused people, who do not use the language properly. This also explains why one often has a complex thought and has difficulty finding the words to express it; this happens quite often to the more intelligent souls of children, who even become quite frustrated at not being able to express their thoughts verbally in a quick, efficient way — many times, just the look and facial expression of a child says a lot more than their spoken words. The underlying thoughts are there all the time in our subconscious soul, but one has to search for the words to translate them from the symbology the soul uses, in order for someone else to understand them, whether spoken, written, or expressed through body language.

This is why some alien species have opted for telepathic communication rather than spoken; in many cases it is not that they cannot speak, but that they find spoken words a very inefficient method of communication. If we truly want to have more contact with advanced aliens, we need to learn to communicate better with the symbolic language, rather than just spoken words. Furthermore, the language of symbols is a much more compact and efficient method of communication; it is a language all species use, and it is the language of our souls.
