My Experiences

I made a serious mistake. A lesson: I stopped brushing my teeth more than four months ago, and stopped using the WaterPik a year ago. I only use dental floss once a day, and sometimes I even forget. As you already know, my diet is almost only fat, meat, egg and cheese — rarely a fruit or any carbohydrates; in fact, this year I have spent months eating only animal product.

The result has been spectacular: 98% of my gum healed, I hardly bleed at all, and I have no tartar, because the bacteria that produce it were left inactive by the lack of sugar. Today, out of curiosity, I tried brushing my teeth with a brush and toothpaste: only a little blood came out in one single place, and my gum keeps going back to normal.

I consulted a dentist who specializes in gums, and he explained something important to me: it is true that not brushing your teeth for days, weeks or months gives a good result in the short term, but that result is only an illusion. It is like having a thorn stuck in you: if you do not touch it — if you do not brush — the infection goes down, and it seems to have healed, but the thorn is still there. There is no other remedy but to take it out, that is, to have a deep cleaning of all the teeth.

The tartar in the gum is like that thorn: it keeps growing and doing more damage, so cleaning it is essential. There is no remedy but to brush very well and, if possible, to also use a water irrigator of the WaterPik type — but careful, at low pressure, because at high pressure it can lift the gum.

My recent experience with the so-called "virus"

Let me tell you about my recent experience with the supposed delta strain, which from my point of view is a complete deception: it is neither more nor less than the same thing that affects us every couple of years. I have had these supposed viruses all my life, many times worse than this time, although this time I was quite ill, two weeks in bed.

The only difference I noticed was that this time the problem was respiratory from the beginning, the opposite of the usual, which starts with a sore throat. It began with fever and muscle aches, something quite unpleasant. After several days of fever and aches, I got a very intense cough, but a dry one, without mucus. Then in the last stage, ten days later, I had a little nasal discharge.

Below I explain what treatment I followed. I am already in very good health: it has all passed.

1. At the beginning of the symptoms, take only a third of an adult aspirin. A third of an aspirin every ten days is enough to prevent the formation of clots, which they say is the real cause of death in the supposed virus. I say "supposed" because to this date there is no autopsy that confirms the existence of this virus. For me, it has all been a deception by the press and the governments, so that people would give themselves, without knowing it, an experimental genetic modifier disguised with the word "vaccine." Using the word "vaccine" for this is, in my opinion, a deception and an illegal act. In time we will see trials and sentences: lawsuits have already begun in some countries. If they are found guilty, the sentence should be for genocide and treason against the homeland.

1.5. Ivermectin: it is sold in animal stores, mostly for horses or dogs. It is very cheap: with one dollar you can be cured. As is obvious, no doctor, hospital or health center wants you to be cured with only a dollar. More information here: https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivermectina. A single dose, calculated by weight, works well: I and several friends took it and it gave us excellent results. We bought an $8 bottle meant for 1,200 pounds of horse.

2. The most important thing is to keep the body's temperature good and high. Bringing it down with medicines like aspirin can be fatal, because the immune system depends on the high temperature in order to work. Taking any medicine to bring down a fever is one of the most dangerous things you can do, because it deactivates the immune system.

Here is a secret that has already given me good results more than once: you can indeed take one or two aspirins, as long as you keep the body's temperature high artificially. The immune system does not care whether the heat comes from the fever or from an outside source: heat is heat. Taking the aspirin calms the fever and the aches; so what I did was take a good hot bath, wrap myself up very well and use an electric blanket at the highest setting. Note: I did this in the middle of summer, with an ambient temperature of 40°C.

The goal is to keep the body between 38°C and 40.5°C: as long as it stays below 40.5°C (105°F), there is no danger. This must be done wide awake and with a thermometer at hand, so as not to go outside that range. If it reaches 40°C, simply lower the heat — if necessary, with a lukewarm bath — until it drops below 40.5°C. That is the secret between life and death with infections: keeping the temperature high. If you have no way of taking a hot bath or using an electric blanket, then do not take more than half an aspirin, so that it is the fever that provides the heat. I learned this detail years ago, from scientists and doctors who are not guided only by what the university teaches.

3. If you sweat, you no longer need to give the body more heat. It is that simple: if there is sweat, no more heat is needed, and the problem is resolved. There may be more than one round of fever; if so, repeat step 2. In my case, the fever came four times, so I repeated step 2 those four times.

4. Drink plenty of water with sea salt. The salt in the water hydrates the lungs and the airways; you feel the difference. Add salt to taste: your body will tell you how much.

5. A cough syrup, because sometimes the cough is very strong, and with a simple syrup it is controlled.

6. Have faith, pray and ask for help. You are a thousand times more powerful than you imagine.

A story about a very rich man

I once met an extremely financially wealthy fellow, the type that has more millions than he knows what to do with, a guy who has never worked a day in his life, all party and fun. So he had a heart attack. He called on many of his ultra-wealthy friends for advice on who was the best cardiologist in the world. He hopped on his plane and went to NY to meet with the health fellowship diplomat, who kindly charged him like a thousand dollars and told him the following:

First of all, do you want to live or not? Yes, yes, you came to me because I am known as the best, did you not? Yes, yes, doctor. Will you do exactly what I tell you, or do you want to die? Doctor, whatever you say, I will. Even if it goes against everything you know? What choice do I have? I want to live.

He says the MD went on for a while with this type of questioning. Then he told him: From now on you only eat one type of food and only that for the rest of your life, plus only water to drink; never ever drink anything else. You go to the butcher, you ask him to reserve for you the greasiest steaks of them all, and you eat only steaks till the day you die and nothing else. Now please go pay my secretary on the way out.
