How We’re Organized

## A network, not a hierarchy

Instead of departments and job titles, Global Genius Trust is supervised by a small group of Trustees spanning environmental technology, medicine, architecture, and international law. They’re advised by a broad, expanding Advisory Council of proven experts across disciplines — a group mind of collective intelligence, working together rather than as competitors.

Input is weighted by relevant expertise, direct interest, and impact, and decisions are made through the [Open Management System](https://ggtrust.com/about-us/open-management/) rather than a fixed chain of command. It’s a living network of communication between Trustees, advisors, project teams, beneficiaries, and communities.
